The honest fine print

Common questions.

  • What happens to my beta data when paid plans launch?

    Beta tenants get a 30-day grace window after paid plans ship — full product access, no charge, no feature downgrade. We email every beta tenant with pricing and a migration date; you choose a tier and your account rolls over in place. No data loss.

  • Why these prices?

    Each tier is priced to cover the actual cost of running Nicole at expected usage — Claude tokens, calendar API calls, infrastructure, support — with enough headroom that we're not pressured to upsell you features you don't want. Caps exist on every tier so a single tenant can't run away with someone else's margin. We won't raise these published numbers for users who signed up during beta.

  • Is there an annual discount?

    Not during beta, because there's nothing to discount. When paid plans ship we'll offer two months free on an annual commit — standard SaaS convention.

  • Do you offer a non-profit or education discount?

    Yes — 50% off Starter or Pro, subject to verification. Email support@nicoleassist.com.

  • Where is my data processed?

    United States, currently. EU residency is on the post-beta roadmap. See our privacy policy and subprocessor list for the full provider graph.

  • Can I export my data?

    Yes. JSON export of your tenant's audit log is one click from the dashboard today. Full data export on request for the beta; self-serve full export lands with the paid launch.
