About

Built by an operator for operators.

Nicole Assist was built by a founder who spent years juggling multiple calendars, a packed schedule, and more scheduling back-and-forth than any inbox should hold. We started with one tenant — our own — and shipped to private beta when the rules stopped breaking.

The pitch

Why we’re building this.

Most “AI scheduling” tools want to put a booking link in your email signature. That’s fine for sales. It’s not fine for the kind of scheduling operators actually do — coordinating across multiple accounts, working across time zones, and keeping track of who can meet when so you don’t have to.

That kind of scheduling is what a good EA does. It’s also what a careful language model can do, if you give it the right rules and the right guardrails. So that’s what we built.

Beta will tell us whether the model is consistent enough, the rules expressive enough, and the guardrails thorough enough to trust this without micromanagement. So far the answer is yes for our own use, which is why we’re letting other operators try it.

We’re not

Not, today.

  • A booking link tool. Calendly is great at being Calendly.
  • A meeting transcription product. That's a separate tool.
  • A multi-attendee group scheduling tool. We escalate to you.
  • A general-purpose AI assistant. Nicole only does scheduling.

We’re not yet

Not yet, but soon.

  • iOS companion app
  • SSO / SAML for enterprise
  • SOC 2 Type 1 certified

The not-yet list is shrinking. The “not” list isn’t.
